I don't really know what to post, as I still am not certain on what type of blog this is, so here's a guest post from my friend Chloe;if you have any ideas, please let me know!

Welcome to my Blog!
Hello, friend!
Welcome to my blog. I'm Skyler, but most people call me Sky. I'm so happy that you stumbled upon this small little site. It may not be much right now, but I hope that one day it will be more than the single post it is now.
I don't consider myself to be an expert blogger, but I do know this-first posts are always difficult. You want to jump right in to the main content of your blog, but you're not always sure what you want to say. See, the first post often sets the scene of the blog. If it is not one that interests the readers, then they will not come back to see your blog morph into something incredible. And I don't want that to happen. I am posting simply for the mere enjoyment, not for a career or anything of the sort, but I do wish to have some friends and followers cheering me on, to inspire me and spread the sunlight this garden needs to help it grow.
Well, I would post more, but I fear I must bring this post to a close. I'm hoping to post daily or every-other-day on this, so hopefully you will enjoy this post and check for more!
